monster maps

I have added maps that show where I placed monsters as well as starter position recommended for the players with a box for that space. 

this should help out with running the maps

I am working on an updated character sheet for the starting characters and will update those once the official license is released. 

I will also at that time probably separate the files for the character sheets from the main file and add bookmarks to the document.
